The Whole Ocean

The Whole Ocean.
Sometimes, the world can feel completely overwhelming. Being under the full moon and lunar eclipse in Pisces, I listened,… and she has a few things to say about the totality of the ocean.
It includes all! 🌊
I remembered that while meditating at the coast this past weekend. 🙏
The Buddha once said, “everything is burning”, to remind us that suffering has, does & will exist. Alongside the suffering is also abundance, almost too much to encompass! This past weekend, the abundance of my life showed me beautiful children, sacred beaches, a partner who lovingly and passionately builds sandcastles, connections with dear family, incredibly beautiful wildlife, and equally beautiful human hearts working to save it, and tiny dogs inside aquarium bubbles.

Every. Damn. Moment. … is Sanctuary.
Every moment is an opportunity to feel the suffering deeply and be knocked on our asses by the unfathomable beauty that always exists. Where is the Kingdom and Queendom of Heaven? Right here in front of us, right now, with every breath 🙏💚

While adding the finishing touches to the Sandcastle/ Sandshrine, Shawn said, “We have to have a path so we can get to the top to pray.” ✨ It had me thinking that the top of the Sandshrine wasn’t really the important part.. The top of the Sandshrine didn’t really matter if there wasn’t a path to get there. And the path includes all things 🙏
